| During a summer in Yellowstone Park in 1982, I fell head-over-heels in
love with the West. I went back East to finish my college education,
but headed for Big Sky the day after graduating from the University of
Vermont.
In 1984, I opened J.P. Woolies, a retail store specializing in
handmade jewelry, gifts and clothing. My store has continued to thrive
in the mountain Village, but after 21 years and now 2 retail stores I
have decided to expand my horizons. My vast knowledge of the Big Sky
community, its history and environs made real estate the perfect career
choice for me. I live and work full time in Big Sky with my husband
Brantley, and my children Hayden and Weston.

| | The allure of Montana's rugged mountains and untouched wild was irresistible to Craig Smit. In 1985, he moved to Bozeman to study Economics at Montana State University. While studying, Craig immersed himself in the mountains whenever possible. He enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking, motorcycling, hiking, hunting, and fishing. In the summer of 1986, Craig explored the solitude of Montana's Bob Marshall Wilderness working for the forest service. In 1990, he moved to Big Sky to live and work in the mountains. After a brief stint as a ski bum, he purchased the Big Sky Conoco, which he owned and operated for nine years. He then sold it to pursue a dream of travel. Immediately, he met his future wife, Amy, who joined him in his adventures. Inevitably, Big Sky drew them back. There could not be a better place to raise their two sons, Kyan and Colter. Craig has always watched the area's real estate market for his personal investments. After Martha Johnson's suggestion, he decided to use his knowledge of business and love of the area to help others find their piece of Montana.

| In 1975, when Heidi Peacock first came to spend her summer at her parent's condo, she could never have imagined that she would someday live here. After receiving her Masters Degree in Music from Indiana University, she headed to Chicago, where she eventually met her husband, Stewart, a seventh generation jeweler at Chicago's oldest retail establishment, C.D. Peacock.
They started a family with a daughter, Rebecka and then a son Clayton. Shortly after Clayton's birth eighteen years ago, Heidi started her career in real estate in Northbrook, a suburb just north of Chicago. However, within a few years fate intervened and the Peacocks had the opportunity to make a life changing switch in what they thought entailed a lifetime in Chicago. A small coffee shop, Aroma's, in the Big Sky Meadow Village was on the market and the desire to live in Big Sky immediately went to high gear.
Within 1 month, the Peacocks and their dog and cat were moved to Big Sky. Originally, not wanting to restart another real estate career, Heidi took a job at a local real estate company helping with administrative duties. However, after she saw how pleasant an experience the sales process was for the client, she could not resist the temptation to get back into the swing of things! And she has been caught up ever since.
Her move to Rivers to Peaks comes with the desire to be involved in a highly motivated and energetic sales force that can offer you a future in Big Sky.

| I first came to Big Sky in 1978 when Big Sky was in it's infancy. After 4 years, I then moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico for the next 15 years where I was a home builder, had a landscape business, I was also a construction manager for a resort, and then an office manager for a number of real estate firms ending up at the top firm in Santa Fe (French & French) and also a REALTOR.
I have since had the pleasure of returning to Big Sky in 1997. In 2000 my life partner and I started to build our 'dream' home, a true log home on 20 acres up Beaver Creek Rd. I feel it is a gift to be able to live here in Big Sky and love to see the pleasure people get when they are able to afford a slice of heaven. I can assist you in any aspect of your real estate desires.

| I first came to Big Sky in the summer of 1989. After returning home to Philadelphia, immediately the mountain lifestyle started to woo me back. Within a few months I was back in Big Sky and loving all the outdoor recreation. I have traveled all over the Rocky Mountain West and have not been able to find a better place to call home than southwest Montana. I lived in Big Sky for 10 years and now reside in Bozeman, and have for the last 7 years. Living and working in real estate and home building between the two communities has offered me the chance to really get to know the area and all its intricacies.
Given the opportunity I will work diligently to help you achieve your dream property.

| I first discovered Big Sky in 1990 while visiting family with my wife Nancy and felt so enamored with the raw beauty of the area that I knew we would someday live here. Nancy and I vowed to visit as often as we could. After years of spending increasing time here we finally moved from the tropical shores of Delray Beach, Florida and made Big Sky our home in 1999.
Nancy and I are now raising our two children in Big Sky and appreciate the healthy mountain lifestyle more than ever. With years of experience in construction and property related fields, I became a Realtor in 2001 and a Broker in 2003. I enjoy the challenge of connecting Buyers and Sellers and love to introduce people to the place that still captivates me.
My position is also rewarding, in that it allows me to meet interesting new people and stay in touch with our local community. When I'm not in the office, I am usually with family or friends enjoying the cornucopia of outdoor activities the Greater Yellowstone area has to offer or just soaking in the abundant local beauty.

| I have been in love with the West since I can remember. Growing up my family and I spent several summers traveling from Cincinnati, Ohio to the "wild west". My folks who are both in the education system, my two sisters- Carey and Kelly, and I would ride in our old R.V., camping throughout the western states.
I attended Albion College in Michigan and after graduating with my teaching certificate, I found my way west - first to Vail, Colorado where I met my wife, Whitney, then on to Hilo, Hawaii and finally to Montana.
Whitney and I are drawn to Big Sky. We enjoy the close community, the skiing, hiking and camping, the proximity to Yellowstone, the perfect weather and the incredible beauty. As someone who truly knows the significance and value of finding your dream home in the west, let me help you make your real estate dreams come true here in Big Sky.

| Suzanne grew up skiing Big Sky Resort throughout her childhood, so it's fitting that she landed here. After graduating from Concordia College in Minnesota in 1992, Suzanne moved to Big Sky to decide between law school or graduate school. Needless to say, she fell even more in love with Big Sky and it has been her full time residence ever since.

After many years of high-end mortgage lending, she decided selling Real Estate for The Club at Spanish Peaks would be a fantastic addition to her career. Suzanne looks forward to helping you make your dreams of ownership in The Club at Spanish Peaks, the most spectacular private club in America, come true! |

| I adore Big Sky. After graduating from Washington & Lee University, where I studied Philosophy and Mathematics, I moved to the great American West from Virginia in search of raw landscapes and fresh air. In the five short years I've lived here, I can't believe how connected I've become to this area we call Big Sky. The people, the powder, and the open-air concerts have bonded me inextricably to our small, but growing mountain town.
I've worked at Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, Big Sky Landscaping, Ophir School, and Centre Sky Architecture, which afforded me some great insight into what makes Big Sky tick. At Rivers To Peaks Big Sky Real Estate, I enjoy the face-paced, service-oriented, "get 'er done" environment. After hours, I spend my time cycling, skiing, running, reading, and sampling the local cowboy/ski-bum hot spots.
