Kevin joined the Big Sky real estate community in 2001 and became a broker in 2003. Since then he has helped buyers and sellers fulfill their goals regarding properties of all types, from studio condominiums to multi-million dollar estates. Kevin has also launched and/or listed such developments as Aspen Groves, Deer Run, Moose Ridge, The Pines, Porcupine Park, and Spanish Peaks North. Using extensive local knowledge, customer focus, and transactional experience Kevin has remained a key member of the Big Sky real estate community through the recent transitions in the national and local markets. Kevin also lives, works, and plays in Big Sky full time. When he is not on the job Kevin is a dedicated student of yoga and a lover of all things outdoors including skiing, backcountry skiing, snowboarding, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, backcountry motocross, hunting, fishing...

John was raised in Idaho and his family has had a residence in Big Sky since the 1970’s.  He is a year round Big Sky resident licensed to sell real estate in Montana and was a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina during the 1980’s and 1990’s specializing in commercial real estate.  In addition to selling real estate, he has been developing and investing in commercial and residential real estate for over 30 years in Idaho, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona. 

John’s real estate experience covers a wide range including sales, leasing, land assemblage and subdivision, infrastructure installation and the construction of commercial buildings as well as single-family residential properties.  He has started or acquired several successful businesses including the telecommunications construction company that installed the first phone lines into Big Sky in the 1970’s when Big Sky development was beginning, a beer distributorship, a mountain states wholesale sporting goods distributorship, a local exchange telephone company serving rural areas in Idaho, and a Nevada gaming company (where he learned how to make a small fortune, i.e. start with a large one).

Caroline grew up in a small town of Anniston, Alabama. She attended the University of Alabama where in 2002 she received a Bachelors Degree of Arts and Sciences with a specialization in Public Relations and Political Science. While at U of A, Caroline and several friends decided to venture out west for the summer. This changed their lives forever. After graduating from U of A, Caroline decided to visit Big Sky for one last summer before attempting "the real world". She soon realized this was her world.
Caroline now resides in Big Sky, MT with her husband Craig. Together they own CK Outfitters a local fly fishing business. Their love of the outdoors has kept them here in Montana. Caroline joined Rivers To Peaks ~ Big Sky Real Estate in 2008 as Martha Johnson’s licensed sales assistant “My move to Rivers to Peaks has been such a positive experience for me and I love being a part of this team.”
