This section of our website provides several very powerful tools that will help you to research Big Sky, Montana real estate. With your spam-free registration (all we need is your name and e-mail address) you will be signed up to use all of the following tools:

Keep track of your favorite properties…
When you add a property to your “My Favorites”, our website will remember these properties for you. Whenever you revisit our website, you’ll have complete access to your list by logging-in.

Automatic e-mail updates…
Our website will notify you by e-mail when significant changes are made to any property that is included on your list. These notifications include price changes, changes in the property’s status or whenever one of your favorite properties is sold. You can opt-out from these communications at any time by clicking the link included in the e-mail message.

Request sold comps…
When you’re interested in a specific property, it’s often useful to know what similar properties in the region have sold for. Use this tool to request “Sold Comps”. Once you’ve filled out your mailing address we’ll pop a packet into the mail for you.

Ask our agents questions…
Clicking this tool in your favorites list will connect you directly to the properties primary listing agent. From there you can begin a conversation with the person who will be most knowledgeable about the listing.

Receive a printed information packet…
Sometimes it’s just easier to read about a property when you can hold the information in your hands. Use the “Mail Me an Info Packet” tool to request an information packet on any property that you would like to learn more about.
